FS Realty saw incredible residential potential in the turn of the century printing building. With an ultra-rare 50 foot wide, fully south facing floorplate in a gloriously classic Bostonian architectural envelope, FS Realty executed a vision of European modern grandeur in this otherwise very classic neighborhood.

To do so, FS Realty formed its subsidiary sourcing company Adige, to bring exclusive European products to the property – from hand carved Italian marble fireplace mantels, to French oak chevron pattern flooring, cast plaster crown moldings that meet sleek Italian kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling imported Statuario marble bathrooms. The result was the highest per square foot pricing in the history of Boston residential sales and the first of Chevron’s “Maison” brand of luxury residences.
